Request data deletion

What we can delete

Depending on your request, we remove data from our servers, including:

• Head or teacher account (name, username, hashed password)
• Teachers and classes linked to a school head account
• Class strength records (daily boys/girls counts and related history)
• School settings stored for that account (for example class limits)

Who can request deletion

• The signed-in user (head or teacher) for their own account
• A school head for their school’s data (including teacher accounts they manage)
• An authorized school contact (for example principal or office) on behalf of the school

If you are not sure which username to quote, include your school name and your role — we will confirm before deleting anything.

How to request deletion

Email us from an address your school recognizes. Include:

• School / institution name
• Your role (head, teacher, or school contact)
• NMhelper username (and display name if known)
• What to delete (single teacher, whole school head account, etc.)

We may reply once to verify you are authorized. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
